Never thought I'd buy something that seemed so simple/cheap at this high price. But after actually using it, I fell in love with its practicality, although the 'looks' could be improved to be more premium.
I was beginning to replace my wallets almost once a year from either wear or bulky design. I've been looking to get something smaller, but didn't want to jump right into a money clip just yet. This wallet is the perfect medium.
The textured leather on the outside feels quality and durable, with the inside giving you just enough space for your ID, a few credit cards and a couple folded bills. In terms of size, the wallet itself is only slightly larger than the cards you’re carrying, so its definitely sleek and slim.
been using secrid wallet for years and wanted something different but still carry in front pocket. Other than very strong leather smell, wallet was what I was looking for. Only Few cards and few bills, and keeps me from carrying everything.
Small, slim, holds only the cards I absolutely need. Also doesn't bulge like a normal wallet would even with only one card inserted. Can barely tell it's in my front pocket.
Also, since it doesn't have RFID, I can use my bus pass with out taking the card out.
I've purchased a handful of the British Belt Co's Lyon wallets because I really like it's quality and form factor for it's price; it was a good gift for my friends. When I saw this Sienna which is the same form factor I decided to get it because it reminds me a lot of a old inexpensive wallet I used to have back in my college days where I didn't have much disposable income (a Dash Ultra Slim ID Bifold wallet). Like the Lyon, the Sienna is really thin and you forget about it whenever it's in your front or back pockets because it does bulge much at all (as log as you don't pack it with a lot of things of course). The texture is very satisfying and feels like what you imagine it would feel (based on how it looks in the pictures). Despite the wallet being small and thin, it feels pretty sturdy. For thickness reference, I keep 4 cards and a few folded (in half) dollar bills in my wallet and it's only about 11mm thick. Since receiving the Sienna, I've downgraded/switched from a Chester Mox #53 to the Sienna because the Sienna is significantly smaller in length and is also thinner; I also like the textured look of the Sienna. Like with the Lyon, I would recommend the Sienna if you want a small, thin, minimilistic, and quality wallet at an inexpensive price. If choosing between the Lyon and Sienna, if you want a more natural leather feel I recommend the Lyon, but if you want the aethetics of the Sienna, go for that.
