Exactly what I want in a LotR mat. I've been using it for a dice mat while I fix up my Battlestation but once I get that going I'll post a pic. Can't wait to have things the way I want them. As a dice mat it works fantastic, which I would expect of course, and I get unending compliments from my players.
This mat looks stunning and amazing, third one I've bought from Drop, and it's fantastic. Feels perfectly sized and smooth and stitching on edges flows beautifully. Recommend, getting the Rohan keycaps and pairing with white accessories. Looks amazing with anything wood nearby as well.
So far, I have most of the desk mats from LOTR, as I use them when I host my buddies over for mtg nights. They are fantastic, quality, and vibrant as heck. These are excellent for their price, and would not hesitate to recommend any playmat from drop
JewsusTo address markhuss comment about the smell, I have not had this issue in the slightest? I wonder if something happened to yours on the way in @markhuss
Awesome mat. Size and thickness are great. It feels like a premium item. I will say, the smell was a lot at first but after a week or so it did dissipate.
A month later, and I still can't get rid of the smell
All the positive reviews about how it looks are true' it's really beautiful, but it smells like a tire factory, and it's overwhelming. I've washed it in the washing machine and it's on its fourth week of sitting out on my deck and it still reeks. I'm headed back to the washing machine. I'm so hoping it will settle down but so far, it cannot be in the house.
