If you’re talking about the arrow keys and space bar, they’re definitely more red than orange.

No all the LOTR boards are TKL. However if you go to the keycap set page, they sell the numpad set for $25 I belive

After looking at the photos, I couldn't spot any bumps on the f and j keys, are there bumps on those keys I'm just not seeing?

MT3 profile doesn't use bumps, but rather a more pronounced scoop for the homing keys. You can see the difference better in pic 4. I own a set and can attest to this; it's very easy to find home position.
