Shipping Issues
Literally ordered one desk mat that took nearly 3 months to ship/deliver. There is no passable excuse for that kind of delay. If your supplier/logistics/products streams are in that bad of shape, then you're business process must be really awful. You can get a custom car or small house built faster than this...please do better. The product itself was good at least and as expected.

Great product poor shipping
The desk mat itself is fantastic—great quality, perfect size, and feels amazing to use. The material is smooth and durable, and it lays flat right out of the box with no annoying creases. Definitely exceeded my expectations in terms of design and comfort!
However, the packaging was terrible. It came in a flimsy, oversized box with barely any protection. The mat was loosely rolled up in its product box inside of an empty larger box with no padding, and I was honestly surprised it wasn’t damaged during shipping. A sturdier box or better wrapping would go a long way in preventing potential issues.
Overall, I love the desk mat, but the poor packaging is a real concern. If the seller improves that, this would be a perfect product!

Really Cool Deskmat for the LoTR Nerds
I'm really impressed with this desk mat. You can tell that great care was taken when designing and crafting it. Stitching is nice and the colors are vibrant. Be sure to measure your space because it is large.
