Sounds Horrible

The case echoes like all get out, especially on the higher adjustable feet setting, and there's some ungodly spring noise from these switches. They lubed the stabilizers which is something, I guess. I like the case artwork and the keycaps (although not getting the entire base set is annoying, given the price) but that's not nearly enough redemption. I figured this would be a decent buy because of now much it cost and I like Pandas variant switches. I didn't want the CSTM80 version because it came with cheap linears and I prefer tactile. I also didn't realize this keyboard isn't programmable, something I thought was supposed to be one of the appeals with Drops pre built keyboards. I really should have thought twice or looked into it more.

Gondor has a keyboard!

Took absolutely forever to ship and terrible communication from the DROP team. This was the frustrating part. For the product however, it's great. Looks and feels amazing, perfect for any LOTR Fan.

Don’t expect what’s advertised

Ordered in December of 2024, arrived 10/21/2025. Not only was it incredibly late in shipping, but the keycaps aren’t even as advertised. I’m looking through all the photos on the website, even the box shows different key caps. But evidently I need to buy those separately. Maybe I missed something but it’s incredibly hard to enjoy this keyboard considering everything that’s gone wrong so far. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re on the fence about it.

Glad to hear it, as you can see, I broke down all the cardboard bits in the box it came in. I even went as far as to dig through the box it was shipped in, I didn't recieve any extra keys.
