unhappy_1Reviewing a product badly because you failed to check the customs requirements for an item you wanted to buy defeats the point of the review.

unhappy_1Having to pay customs has nothing to do with the product. Take it up with customs if you're not happy. You're in for some more surprises if you plan on ordering anything online from any shop in different parts of the world.

AdiadiereIf I am not happy with a point related to the selling of an item, I am allowed to say so. My point is factual and explained, even if it doesn't please you. If this can be a point of attention for other buyers as "foolish" as I was, this is worth writing.

unhappy_1It's got nothing to do with pleasing me. I merely stated that the review section of a product is not necessarily the best place for a criticism of the lack of customs information. It's not a fault of the product or its design and would perhaps be better aimed at Drop themselves or pop it in the comments section.

AdiadiereThe review of a product is necessarily relative to the product price. This is not at all the same story to comment about an item at $65 or $87, which is the difference for me because of these taxes. Besides, upon mounting the key on my keyboard, it is too lose and doesn't stay on the switch stem, although it is totally standard Gateron brown switch. Is that now enough to express my dissatisfaction?
