im currently on week 5 of waiting for this product from drop. yes i am in in the U.S. i took drop a week to respond to my email to " customer service" or lack there of i should say, and currently its says its awaiting shipment receipt by USPS on the tracking but htat has been showing for a week now. and after the initial response drop has ghosted me. i knew i shouldn't have given them another chance after my last experience but i really wanted to try this amp. lesson learned . cant write a good review on something you cant get your hands on. drop you need to step up customer service , this is is just insanely awful. its like buying from a shitty Reddit sub. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE service. never again. to sum up . week 5 now . no update on package for over a week and drop will not respond nor issue a refund until they see the tracking of the package going back to them.
