Some work going on in the background for Jude to take 3rd party measurements of the THX amp sample.
Please stay tuned...thank you!
Will he be posting impressions as well?
Get AudioScienceReview to do it. As posted before Jude and his opinions cannot be trusted as he is just a shill who is also very immature.
Funny you say that about Jude (which I don't have any opinions about) because many, many audio hobbyists have poor opinions of Amir (which I also don't have any opinions about). :)
Everyone has opinions about everyone. That's the world we live in. The only real solution is more reviews.
Yes those audio hobbyists with a poor opinion of Amir are usually those from SBAF a pro-schiit tyranny forum with some of the most immature people you will find on the internet.
Anyone who cares about objectivity respects Amir for his actual unbias testing.
I only bring it up to highlight Heefty's point. There are differing opinions on who are shills and who are deceptive depending on which hobbyist community one talks about. And all of them (maybe aside from Head-fi) have their very knowledgeable members who perform measurements and understand the technical aspects of their equipment. It was my subtle way of asking you, an Amir admirer, to stop calling names and keep the discussion civil.
After personal dealings with Jude.... I can confirm that he cannot be trusted in any manner and doesn't know the first thing about being civil.
If anyone thinks I am lying you can contact me personally and I will gladly provide the proof.
His opinions can’t be trusted I agree but afaik head-fi’s measurement rigs are legit. I tend to disregard reviews outside of measurements anyway. The only subjective things I pay attention to is comments on comfort for IEMs and headphones.
Yes I mean if he measures it, then its harder to mess with the measurements themselves. But they can omit/skew results in favor of some brands as JA has done at stereophile when measuring things like Schiit Yggdrasil.
