Here's a comparison 789 vs NFB1:
THD: 789 is -140 dB (35x better than NFB1 -109dB per their website graph).
SNR: 789 is 136 dB (3.5x better than NFB1 125dB).
Zout: 789 is 0.1 Ohm (10x better than NFB1 1 Ohm)
Price: 789 will hit your wallet for $150 less.
Don't believe the "no feedback" dogma. That's a hangover from some badly implemented feedback systems of the past. When done well, feed-forward plus feedback will sound better and measure better than any non-feedback design.
