Jedi_ITIt's absolutely awfully and unacceptably slow. They're helpful once they respond but that usually means 10-15 days after you submit a support ticket.
Jedi_ITI have had very good experiences. I had to return a defective cable and it was quick response from an actual person, one day, and relatively painless. And in an other issue I had a quick response from an actually person within 2 days. They couldn't answer my question but they were able to steer me to someone who could. But I have definitely received a lot of automated emails from Massdrop:-)
Jedi_ITReally?! I believe you, don’t get me wrong, but I think their customer service number is a closely guarded secret - all contact I have ever had with them has been on web forms and email.
