I got a "shipping notification" in about a day. However the FedEx ship status has been sitting at "Label Created" for over 3 days now, which means it's still at Massdrop's warehouse I guess - if they even have it. I even paid for expedited shipping to get this before the holiday. Not happy about being lied to.

Same thing here. I paid for expedited as well. Hopefully it's just delay in their warehouse, not shortage of stock.

Same here. Got the "Shipping Label Printed" email, but nothing after that. My extra money for expedited shipping was not well spent. Five days later and no one seems to know anything about where it is. MD customer service has been dragging their feet, have not even started a trace. They insist that FedEx picked up the packages, and FedEx insists there were no packages to pick up. I'm not a fan of FedEx, but in this situation, I tend to believe them more than Massdrop. I'm not looking to cancel my order, but this really complicates the situation, and Massdrop could hardly be less forthcoming or helpful.

exact same situation with my order. FedEx had delivery scheduled. now it doesn't. nothing has moved. fwiw, PA did get hit with a winter storm this week. idk about truth. currently no transparency on actual shipping status. MD support has been responsive to my inquiries but unable to provide new information. --------------------------------------------------- Updated Package arrived per the new schedule in good form. MD support checked in to confirm all is well - only first world problems to report :)

I paid extra for 2-day shipping. The label was created, then nothing happened for 3 business days. Kinda disappointing.
