Is it OK to leave the amplifier running 24/7?
Also, would this impact the performance in a positive way (similar to class A amplifiers) or in a bad way?
Yes, but unnecessary. No positive effects, no burn-in thanks to the error correction circuitry - it just works.
There is an auto-off feature you can toggle on the back, which will turn it off after no signal for 2 hours. This is perfectly fine to leave on and save a couple bucks.
