TYCTWI checked with our development team and it’s a problem with our tracking information provider (API). Your tracking number is correct and parcel will be delivered properly. If you paste the tracking number into the DHL tracking website you will get the correct tracking info.
6OuOMost of the shipping companies reuse tracking numbers and they can roll over pretty quick. Let's hope it was not regarding your specific package but what you're seeing is just the record of the previous tracking number.
ihalatchHello, got the same problem a couple of times with different products from drop. The default for drop is DHL and thats the API they query from their website. They actually ship some packages with UPS where DHL obviously dosent have a glue about. You can use aggressors like 17track.net to actually get your package status.
6OuOMy address is Taiwan.
I asked DHL customer service email yesterday.
The response they gave me was that they would travel to the destination country 14 days after leaving the transfer station and then transfer it to the local transport department.
My order was last updated on December 3, so my orders in December 17 arrives in Taiwan
