Good sound, terrible Bluetooth connectivity
They sound amazing when the work, but the connectivity is extremely poor. I have yet to make it through a song without it skipping, dropping quality (sounds like an Atari game), or just completely disconnecting. I basically need to use them plugged in, but then what's the point? There are better non-wireless headphones for $400.
Would not recommend to a friend.
Are you defaulting to LDAC? In my experience, aptX HD sounds just as good but is waaaay more stable.
Unfortunately, using an iPhone when I'm out and about so I'm locked into AAC. Around the house with my computer or laptop using an alternative codec (aptX HD) it's no better though. Tried with a friend's Google Pixel and the various codecs there as well and it was the same story. Dunno. Just gonna return them. Maybe mine are bunk.
You must have a faulty pair, I've literally never lost connection with mine even walking into different rooms with my phone left in the other, no static breakups or degradation, zilch
I would echo Pandalover1. Mine have the best bluetooth I have seen recently. I forgot that I left my phone in the barn and they were still playing when I went in the house. Metal barn so that is quite amazing for my property.
Could be faulty. Moot point tho as I reached out to customer service over a week ago and have not heard back. At the edge of the return window, unfortunately.
It seems like faulty. But for people with simular problems: I've found that my phone got huge problems with ldac990 when gps is active. So it good idea try to turn it off.
I agree you wouldn't spend that much and just settle for that , customer support are very helpful
