It is very stupid to say that first shipping to recipients in the US, where is US political correctness? We all pay the same dollars, so shipping should be in order of order, not residence. According to entries, people with a much higher order number already have Pandas and I ordering on January 26, I don't even have information when they will be sent. In the email it was at the beginning of the passing week. Week ends and even Support does not know when the shipment. The first such unpleasant experience on drop.com
Drop is a US company, so it would make sense that it's easier for them to deliver to US states.
I agree that you should get yours before people who paid later, but international shipping gets weird. It might not be entirely Drop's fault.
They are shipping straight from China.
I mean, people who pay later have, and I didn't even get information that my order was sent. All the time there is information that the order sent to the vendor. I got an email from drop.com that the shipment was to be at the beginning of the week, the week ends and my order does not know where.
Oh jeez, I'm sorry to hear that. Definitely not okay
From other kikstarters and indegogo devices and such, they have had their product made in China and shipped to their warehouse in the US to then be shipped from there.
This is a drop.com problem, not mine. We have entered into a specific contract for a specific item to be delivered at a specific time. And even though the shipping deadline has passed, there is no specific information about our drop.com order.
"We have entered into a specific contract for a specific item to be delivered at a specific time." Since the ship date has always been stated as "estimated" I'd say that that's an incorrect statement.
Im not disagreeing with you, just stating what's likely happening behind the scenes
