JishengIt's been a very frustrating ride and it's still not over. Package got delayed for 24 hours getting through customs and another 24 hours to get through the sorting facility. It went from a delivery date of 7/8 to 7/9 to 7/10. I had originally requested on the 7th for a hold at a FedEx office for pickup but by the 10th, they still hadn't processed it and "attempted" to deliver to my address. I say that with quotations because our security cam never saw them attempt delivery but they said that no one was available to receive shipment. Funny because my dad is home all day due to the COVID situation. Now the headphones are delayed until next Monday.

JishengGeez, that would be very frustrating. Still going to get a lotto ticket with those numbers?

g0ldl10nI've come to the realization that the fortune was a monkey's paw in disguise. If I bought a lotto ticket with those numbers, I shudder just imagining the atrocities that would befall me.

JishengThe plot thickens! It was supposed to finally be delivered today but by noon, FedEx still hadn't updated its tracking info so I called in. The representative couldn't say anything about delivering the package today but I was frustrated enough that I asked if I could drive over to the shipping facility to pick up the headphones myself. They said yes and gave me the address of the facility as well as the closing time. After work, it took me roughly 20-30 minutes to drive over and there already was a line of people waiting to pick up their packages as well. An employee took our tracking numbers and went into the facility to look for the package. After about 15 minutes, an employee asked to speak with me and explained to me that the package wasn't scanned today at all and they couldn't find it. They posited that the package probably had its label torn off and may be lost currently. They continued to try and find it for another maybe 15 minutes before they told me that they would rescan everything tomorrow and see if they can find it. If they do, they'll reattempt delivery to my residence or have it shipped to my local FedEx office for pickup. So 6 day delay for now. I guess I'll continue to listen on my Audeze Mobius to tide over my Panda needs for the current time... Edit: Finally got it on July 14, original delivery date was July 8. I went to a FedEx office to pick it up during my lunch break. Listened to it for the rest of the day at work and at home. I quite enjoy it but I still feel that the padding up top is lacking a little bit. I'm considering getting a ZMF pad just as an investment.

Jishengnecro but, ugh i hate "we tried to deliver" with no doorbell or phone call or anything. i'm also home all day, but due to disability instead of covid. i had this happen recently with my after school 1992 keycaps. after two days of "we tried to deliver" (both a few minutes before clocking off time...) i phoned up the third day. in my case it was that my apartment number was missing from the label (which turned out to be norbauer's issue), and they finally delivered it the day after that. so if i'd never called fedex, it would've been going in the van every day, then the guy sees no apartment number, and just puts it back in the van. there was no proactive communication from fedex at all about what the issue was! the first email had a picture of my apartment building door with the text "couldn't access", i feel like he could've written "which apartment?" or something instead?? >.> not really related to the pandas, especially since i'll probably be receiving mine by USPS when they do ship... but your comment reminded me of a similar fedex experience, lol.
