Is anyone else noticing that their headphones are picking up radio interference? I can hear it in my left ear cup

I had that on my first unit. If you reach out to them and report the defect they will send you an RMA to get a replacement pair. I sent mine back and just got my second pair and this unit doesn’t have the issue. It was only during Bluetooth playback before but it isn’t apparent in the replacement pair. Thumbs up for their customer service too as they responded quickly and made it right straight away.

via Support go to contact us and toggle issue with my order or something then select the headphones and also the option that says defect or warranty and report the issue.

An update. After listening in more quiet environments I’ve noticed the RF interference is still there but it isn’t as bad as my first unit. I imagine it won’t get better than the one I have now so I won’t be going forward with another replacement as it is barely noticeable in many situations. I think this ultimately unacceptable for such a high quality product as its sort of a “your only as good as your weakest link” thing. Like yes it’s ultra low noise amps but the Bluetooth is audible sooo? I love the sound signature too much to care so it’s a pair that will never get a 10/10 but it scores high in just about every area. Guess I’ll just deal with it.
