QC question, does anyone NOT have unbalanced audio? I feel like the bass is coming out more powerful out of the left cup (unless I cover both the AUX port and USB-C port with my fingers) is this normal? Maybe try to listen to a mono recording, or a 60hz frequency test If you do NOT feel like this is the case for you, please let me know so I know my unit is defective (also more noise comes out of the right cup for me)

alesimulaI have the same issue. Used a tone generator, it's easy to detect about ~30hz-60hz

Ken_nethNot the guy you were replying to but I’ve used this album on Apple Music - it’s probably on Spotify or YouTube too. My audio is perfectly balanced.

alesimulaNot an issue here. Both earcups are equal for me. Did a 60hz frequency test.

alesimulaI feel like with my unit in wireless mode the bass is balanced, but when I plug in a 3.5mm cable the bass on the left side decreases significantly, which throws off the balance, which is why I try to avoid using the headphones through 3.5mm. The problem is, when I want to use it with my DJ setup, I need to use the 3.5mm connection. When I put my finger on the 3.5mm port, the bass decrease is even more noticeable. Covering the USB-C port doesn't seem to change the sound on the right cup for me.

alesimulaJust got my pair, and they are definitely unbalanced towards the left like yours (I tested them with both a 60hz and 30hz frequency test, for me it was more evident listening to the latter). This for me applies both in BT and usb-c wired mode. I also tried EQ with the SoundID app to see if I could fix them but as of now I cannot seem to balance them properly. Has anyone found a solution?
