Is there a way to slow-charge these? I only charge them from 30 to 80%, and would like to be able to do so slowly in order to be even more easy going on the battery.

Use a charger with lower amps, such as an old usb hub or phone charger

I did that, but it was still fully charged within the hour... (Starting from 30%)

I was surprised at the dearth of such external devices... found this, but is it any good...? https://chargie.org/

The battery is a standard part and there will be guides on replacing it in a while when it's needed.

Is that supported by drop? If so, that is great news.

I suspect the battery is so small there won't be much you can do limit its charging speed.

Battery size, big or really small - even gnat ass,, would not limit an accurate charging system. True SSB’s when they are introduced into devices such as headphones & IEM’s, and all our other stuff, will incorporate a matched “smart” charging system.

Yeah I read a post by will on it. They'll release official guides. I can't imagine you'll need it too soon as even with heavy use the headphones last a few days, so it will go through much fewer cycles.
