@Will is there any difference between the 33343-1 and 33343-2 models? If you have one, can you request a swap to the other?
(I have the 33343-1 variant.)

alecspark9835If you have one that works flawlessly... no bluetooth / radio noise, etc... then I would hesitate to exchange if I was you. I've had hit and miss luck with quality control so far. Unless you like playing Russian roulette..

alecspark9835I have the 33343-1 model and love them. So far I’m having absolutely no problem at all with Bluetooth connections, longevity, or hissing etc. Love my pair and am anxiously awaiting the app to add a notch or two of extra bass and that’s it.
I’m staying with me 33343-1 Drop Panda+THX model. Hope this helps
