I wish this were a review of the item. Instead it's about the lack of customer service.
First, I'm unable to submit and customer support requests online. After filing out the form and clicking on the "submit" button, I get "Error: Zendesk Error (422): Unprocessable Entity." Second, there is no phone number to call. Third, I've been emailing customer service at support@drop.com for several weeks and have yet to get a response. For me, this is entirely unacceptable.
ChuckC833The knives are shipped from China. They take around a month to get to your door. Sometimes a touch longer. I've been in your shoes. The wait seems like forrreeeeevvvveeeerrrrr. As far as the customer service goes. I have never had a bad experience with them. They have been awesome every time I have had to contact them. Maybe this is just a one-off issue. LordSmashingtonI've ordered other things from China after I placed my order for this knife and I received those items weeks ago. Drop has really lost it since changing its name from MassDrop. Not sure why and don't care why. They need to fix it.
LordSmashingtonDid you even bother to read what I originally posted? I said that I've been emailing them at the exact email address you provide for weeks without getting a response. It really doesn't help for people to tell me to do what I already said I had done multiple times. Do me a favor, if you're not going to read the post then don't bother responding to it.
