Drop + Koss GMR-54X-ISO Gaming Headset

For 50 dollars the Koss are a great budget friendly gaming headset option. You’ll be hard pressed to find something better for the money.
BUILD
Let’s start off with the build quality and comfort. Upon picking up the headset you’ll immediate notice how light they are and this translates to being able to game and listen to music for hours on end. They have a nice minimal but futuristic look to them that I love. The headband can be twisted and stretched without breaking these things are built to last. The tension headband ensures that you get a great fit on your head that’s snug but not too tight. The earcups feel amazing and don’t get too hot. I can definitely wear these for hours and have them not take away from my experience. The cable is also nice and lightweight. The microphone is embedded on the cable and can be flexed into multiple positions with ease. It comes with a mic and aux jack to plug it into your computer.
MICROPHONE
The microphone sounds unbelievable for a 40 dollar gaming headset. I used these during a twitch stream with no complaints at all. People even said it sounded very close to my 500 dollar mic setup.I Love the controls on the cord as it allows you to raise the volume of the headset as well as being able to mute the mic with ease.
SOUND
The sound is another area where these closed back headphones do an amazing job. They can be plugged straight into your console controller or PC and they sound great without any amplification. It’s not a bass heavy headphone but what they lack in bass they make up with in stereo fidelity. I can clearly place my enemies in game with this headset even better than some of the usb 200 dollar gaming headsets I’ve tried in the past. For the entry price of 40 dollars you get a very gaming and musical experience from a reputable company in the headphone industry.. The GMR-54X-ISO’s did a great job with most music genres like jazz and classical where you can take advantage of that amazing stereo sound. The separation that they were able to achieve in these headphones is amazing to say the least.
CONCLUSION
These will definitely be a top recommendation for me when people ask for a budget gaming headset. For 40 dollars your getting incredible sound, great comfort and an amazing mic. What’s there not to love about the Drop + Koss GMR-54X-ISO?

BTaestheticsThis headset might be the one I am looking for, cheap, good quality for gaming and also for music, and also, good-looking! The problem is that I need a new ones now because my headset has broke and these headphones doesn't ship till August hahaha...What would you do or what other headsets would you recommend me??

Should I exchange the PC38X for better headphones?
I bought the PC38X headphones FOR GAMING and they are great, but I have NO use for a Microphone since I don't do competitive gaming and I was wondering if there were better headphone options at a similar price without a headphone, where (presumably) more of the cost was put into making it sound better. I also find that my PC38X don't get quite as loud as I would like and I was wondering if a cheap amp like the iFi Go link would draw a little more volume out of my phones. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BN6MM822?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details I went with the PC38X since it was considered the best bang for buck headphones. Looking for a gaming/content audio setup
Hello! I'm looking for recommendations on audio setups. I'd be planning on using it mostly for gaming. Preferably I'd like a pair of large closed back headphones since I have a big head and jaw. I'd also like to hear myself through my mic with mic monitoring. As far as budget goes, I don't really have one. But under 600$ would be nice. I can go higher if needed. The audio setup would be connected to a high performance PC. Thank you in advance for any recommendations!

$10 Drop Coupon Email not sent?
Trying to buy some gear off Drop for the first time. I was told I would receive an email with a welcome to drop $10 off promo. I never received that email. Drop was able to send me emails for my login token and email for Password update. But for some reason the $10 off coupon was never sent to me.

Hello, I just joined, primarily for the audiophile products. Looking at purchasing the NHT C3 speakers for our new living room. Space is about 15 feet wide by 33 long and they will fire long ways. Space is just for general listening, music room with all equipment is downstairs, so hoping they will fill it with sound nicely. Cheers.
