Any idea when this is coming back in stock? I am super keen to buy it but would like the extra space of the two person vs the one person one that is currently in stock.
landcruiserguyThe 2P is in the production phase and will be available in the spring (e.g. March/April). I'm not sure how many Drop has ordered, so they may have lots coming or just a small batch that sells out in a few days. You should get a notice if you click the "request" button.

dandurstonWould you happen to know the progress of the current production batch? I'm hoping it would ship out earlier than 28 April as I will be going for my trip towards the end of May, and Massdrop lists the shipping time to Asia as 3-6 weeks. Not sure if my hopes are by any means realistic?
EtrnlzPhnxI'm not involved with the production process so I don't have much insight into the current status of the timeline. Last year with the X-Mid 1P there wasn't a lot of communication until the tents were almost arrived. A week before they arrived there was a notice and the tents ended up shipping out a week or two or three early. Thus far all of the X-Mid orders have been on schedule - or more commonly, early. So it seems like Drop is providing conservative guidelines where the April 28 estimated ship date is likely to be at least met. Perhaps most likely, the tents may be a couple weeks early and ship out in mid-April. For shipping to Asia it seems like most people have been getting them in 2-3 weeks. So I don't know and can't promise anything, but it I think there's a pretty good chance you have it for late May.

dandurstonYeah I kinda took the risk with early hopes of early delivery again (read through the comments of the previous 1p drop as well)! Noted on your involvement, and thanks for going out of the way to render assistance too! Crossing fingers! :)
