Awesome work Dan! Finally took it out for the first time after ordering and both and my SO love it! Really appreciate the thoughtfulness put into the design. There was a slight issue that occured and I'm wondering how do I contact CS for warranty?

If you think the issue is design related (as opposed to a one-off thing like a cut or stain) then feel free to let me know about it to consider.
