The shipping information is wrong according to the DHL tracking website (it's being shipped from America to Australia). It says that it's being shipped to ACT (Australian Capital Territory), rather than SA (South Australia) on the DHL tracking website. I have correctly input my shipping information on the Massdrop website, so this shouldn't be an issue on my end, but rather Massdrops.
What do I do here? It says on their (DHL) website to contact the merchant, and I'm not sure who to contact, and how. The rest of the shipping information appears to be correct (it only lists the suburb, state, postcode and country, where only the state is incorrect), however, it's not like I can walk down the street to collect it, ACT is a thousand kilometers away.
EDIT: Is it true that they ship via postcode and that this will cause no issues, given that the rest of the information appears to be correct (they do not display street addresses, so I cannot verify whether that is correct)?
EDIT 2: The issue appears to be fixed as it now correctly lists the state under the DHL tracking information. Thanks Massdrop!
Best bet is to ask MassDrop. There's a button at the bottom of the page that says support. I'd suggest starting there.
