Update: Resolved. Ducky sent me an email and a firmware file for the keyboard since I don't think there is one on their site. The firmware update solved the problem.
Well, my package was delivered smashed and the backlight feature doesn't function on the keyboard.... I have emailed Duckyshine about it and they won't respond.
Waited forever for this keyboard and now it seems the warranty process is going to be a nightmare. Buyer beware.

dudeskisThat's not "buyer beware", its called being unlucky and the shipping company damaging it..

scruffy0402Negative. While the interior keyboard package wasn't protected well it was unharmed. Also Duckyshine hasn't returned my emails to inquire about the problem. Sooo yeah, thanks for putting things in perspective for me since you must be more informed about what has happened to my keyboard than myself.

dudeskisWhen did you email Ducky? They are located in Taiwan so don't expect a reply in a day.
Also, try contacting Massdrop. Form the looks of it, out of the 500 or so people, seems like a few dropped out. Massdrop might be willing to send you a replacement.

dudeskisMy package also arrived looking like it was run over by a truck. The keyboard itself seems untouched, though. Is that firmware update you mentioned available anywhere online?
