I'd love to see this offered in a true-right-handed version (what the market still calls 'left-handed' for no good reason).

erickongErgonomics dictate that—as a right-handed, keyboard-and-mouse 'power user' (i.e. right hand lives on mouse, left hand lives on keyboard, butt lives in chair)—limiting the outer rotation of my shoulder is of significant benefit to both my short-term comfort and long-term wellness. Pragmatically speaking, closing the angle between my two hands requires keeping my mouse as close as possible to the right edge of my keyboard. One way to do this (and still maintain a full complement of 104 keys) is to place the arrow key cluster to the left of the main cluster, and the numpad to the left of that. In my view, so-called left-handed keyboards are in fact true right-handed keyboards and vice versa, at least in the era of the mouse. This issue is already somewhat addressed by a subset of the keyboard market, albeit inadvertently; options are few and far between. I think the Logitechs of the world would agree with my premise but would also balk at the idea of fixing what ain't broke (i.e. profits). However, I also think that broad adoption is possible, and it will begin with innovation in the enthusiast space, with small companies who are unafraid to break with silly, outmoded conventions. We're already seeing traction with 60% and 40% boards so why not full-sized true-right boards? My right shoulder and I think it's overdue.

HelmanfrowI've just been enlightened. Ganted, I use a 60% keeb mostly, I never thought of (or even heard of) moving the numpad and arrow keys onto the left side of the board.
