Dear our beloved customers, Since we updated the shipment status by replying to the old comment, some of you may not be aware of this. To make sure everything is clear, we would like to brief all the information related to the shipment of the Gaea's Crown as below: - The first estimated shipping day is Nov 18th based on the volume that we expected, which is 1.000 keycap. - After the Group buy ended, we got a number of 1.300 keycaps, we updated to Drop about the new shipping day which is the end of December. Spencer from Drop did update about it in the discussion on September 9th sent out emails about the delay. - In early December, a small COVID-19 outbreak occurred in Ho Chi Minh City. Our factory is located near the lockdown area. To ensure the safety of our employees, we decided to suspend production activities to organize a collective health check and a short-term quarantine. So we had to push back the delivery of Gaea’s Crown to January 25th, 2021. (We updated it on December 7th) Up to now, everything is under control and we will send out the last parcel to Drop on January 25th (The first parcel is already shipped today) Since it takes time for shipping from our factory to Drop warehouse, and time for Drop to sort all the orders out, you will receive your package in February. To avoid confusion, I would like to confirm that the new shipping day is the end of December. It's quite hard to estimate the correct production time when we don't know how many keycaps will be ordered. So we really hope for your understanding. We will ship the last parcel of caps to Drop on Jan 25th. Then they will manage to send out your order. Feb 25th is the latest, I believe!

Hi mate, we understand the frustration and we're truly sorry for that. Just to be clear, we delay 2 times due to the unexpected incident, and we will finish shipment on Jan 25th as we updated. It takes time for shipping and for Drop to sort out the order before sending it out to you. Therefore you will receive your order in Feb! Hope for your understanding!

So... I just got an email about a delay. Are they delayed for the second time, or was the email talking about the first delay? These were expected to ship in November. Then it was posted here that they wouldn't be shipping until the end of December. Now I have an email saying they are delayed. Explain please.
