As the shipping date is a few days away, I've spoke with Dwarf Factory about the status of the order and they informed me that the caps are being prepared for final shipment so there will be a small delay. Thank you for your patience! It will be worth the wait for these ferocious little dragons :)

MrNobitI'm not so sure, maybe send an email to Drop's customer service? According to tracking code, package arrived to Drop 10 days ago. I believe It takes time to sort out all orders.

Yes...it is.... because its SA profile and not OEM nor Cherry. Sa r1 is normal for SA sets. Dom is not, Thats what i said

Hi everyone! You must be worried sick about your Gnarly Drakon package. On behalf of Dwarf Factory, I deeply apologize for this inconvenience. Currently Dwarf Factory’s production activities have been halted for at least 21 days, because there are some infected COVID-19 cases in our factory, as well as Ho Chi Minh City has been under a 15-day lockdown to slow down the spreading of variant Delta. We have no choice but to comply with the instructions from the HCDC of Ho Chi Minh City, this is also for the health of our employees. So I ask for your understanding. The new shipping date is September 16th, if everything goes well. The day can be changed due to the actual situation. I’ll update when anything happens.

Hello mate, on behalf of Dwarf Factory, I apologize for another delay in delivery. In the past months, Dwarf Factory has been understaffed, as well as lacking material supply due to lockdown and social distancing. According to the newest announcement from the government, our city will open up on October 1st, we expect to work with more manpower and convenience. The Estimated shipping date is Nov. 15th, 2021. I believe Drop has sent the email to you.

Thank you so much mate, we're all okay, except we only can maintain 10~20% manpower which leads to the huge delay issue. I know it's annoying for many people but it's actually out of our control. It's a relief to know that you're understanding for us. We really appreciate it!

I just received my tracking number from Drop so I am pretty sure they are working to ship everyone's orders now.

GohvaliWell this is bs. Emailed Drop customer support but response times are 7 days? Amado somehow went out of stock even though I tried to buy it 10 times. If someone bought an extra they're willing to hook me up, let me know.
