Received mine today ... It is very nice, but I had to remove the Sound-Dampening Bracket from the key where I installed the new keycap.

DelphineousAw, you can use lighter just heat the butt up a little bit to adjust the stem fitness in case of need.

DwarfFactoryThe keycap stem is too thick to fit through the opening in the bracket. I might ream the bracket hole to resolve this, but I'm using it for my ESC key so it isn't essential.
The key is about a millimeter taller than my other keys on the Roccat RYOS MK FX keyboard. The height would interfere if used on a letter key.
It would be great if the keycap were designed such that the flowers would be lit by the under-key LED!

The keycap profile is SA profile, taller than OEM profile indeed. You can search around for some sets in case you're interested in this profile (really beautiful profile indeed).
For the flowers to be lit up by Leds, it's pretty complicated indeed. We will take note for it to improve our future works!

How do you do per-key RGB lighting on a Shift V2?
I saw the online configurator that lets you do this on the Shift V1, where it spits out a compiled firmware file to flash. The V2 doesn't seem to have this function in the Windows configurator, though. I can't imagine the answer here is "you're going to have to manually write the hex for every key in QMK, compile it, and flash that".
