Hi everyone! Thank you for choosing Terrarium and Dwarf Factory. We’re happy that you still love this design. But to be fair with your love and support, we would like to inform you that the shipping date will be November 22, 2021.
Currently Dwarf Factory’s production activities have been halted for at least 21 days, because there are some infected COVID-19 cases in our factory, as well as Ho Chi Minh City has been under a 15-day lockdown to slow down the spreading of variant Delta. We have no choice but to comply with the instructions from the HCDC of Ho Chi Minh City, this is also for the health of our employees.
So if you still choose Terrarium and wait for us, please know that we’re deeply grateful for your support. Thank you, stay safe, and happy shopping!

I like the logo on the atrisan's me personally, it let's you know you got the real deal, i'd be proud too show it off. For every fine piece of work / art the artist should be able too sign there work. It let's someone else that's into this hobby know your not playing around buying knock off's or cheap artisans elsewhere which is still cool. I'd like too see more creative way's of showing there branding. I love the way DF's look and just purchased my first being the Albert XI im currently waiting for in the mail , I plan on purchasing one of these as well ... one of the selling point's for me being the logo DF and also the quality of there work... once again i wanna show mine off that's the whole point so when people look at them they don't have too seconed guess they'll know what your working with , The DF speaks for itself...Just my opinion here ...
alive689Because when selling on Drop, we have to ship the productions to them, and then they (from the US) will deliver to all customers who had ordered. If you think that the delivery price is too high, you can order directly from our site; sometimes, we will open sell event after group-buy on Drop.
Dear everyone,
Some of you may notice that the price of Terrarium is much higher than the last sale.
We just want to make everything clear, the original price of Terrarium is 44$/ keycap. If you placed the order in the first groupbuy at the end of April 2020, you would pay the discount price which is 37$/ keycap.
Now that the Terrarium is back in stock, the price without discount should be 44$, but we have no idea why Drop put it 49$. We have been contacting Drop and waiting for the proper answer.
We're sorry for the inconvenience and hope for your understanding!
It actually makes perfect sense, Drop doing Drop things.
I feel like they used to pass the savings on to their customers but now they are just going downhill and are trying to pocket as much money as possible. It's a shame because this website has to have by far the best community for a website where you can buy things on and I really genuinely love the layout. Too bad the actually purpose of using the website, to buy things... Is by far the worst experience I've ever had shopping in my entire life online. Even Chinese markets have better return/warranty/customer service than they do here, even communists are nicer, says something.
I've bought Mystic Dragon and MoonDust a while back, Mystic Dragon was returned to drop due to closed borders and Space was lost in transit... I am very scared to buy this and not get it again :(
See that's not the point, a refund is nowhere near good enough for making somebody go through all that hell and wasting their precious time.
Let me give you a perfect example of how to build a successful business, have the best customer service in the world and you have people talking wonderfully about your company to everybody they know, instead of telling everybody they know that they absolutely hate your company:
So I ordered this really expensive water filter (big Berkey) from Amazon, it's all Chrome but has a lot of these tiny micro scratches that you can barely see but they are all over the chrome finish, probably some underpaid employee that didn't pay attention and used an old rag full of dust to finish wiping it down after post-sterilization.
So I contacted Amazon offered to send them as many pictures as they wanted and was curious if I was able to return this $350 filter, do you know what the customer service rep said after checking my long history with Amazon and seeing that I'm a loyal customer? He said you can KEEP IT, don't need pictures, don't need to put you through this bs of returning it when it's not your fault to begin with, KEEP IT.
Fast forward to Drop: I purchase the ER to XR upon receiving them I immediately hated them and they weren't compatible at all with my ears, wanted to do a return, nope denied. They broke 5 months later (right ear went out), warranty? Nope, go through the manufacturer. That would be like me selling something on eBay and then when it breaks or if somebody wants to return it I just say nope go talk to the manufacturer go talk to Sony about the product... If you're a SELLER, you take responsibility for the things you sell not pawn them off to some other random place that they probably won't even resolve themselves.
Do you know how many times I've told the story you know how many times I've recommended Amazon to everybody I know you know how many times I've told literally everybody I know in real life and all over the Internet about the KZ ZSX/FiiO? Why? Because they treated me right when I deserve to be treated right and I treated them right when they DESERVED to be treated right. Kz zsx are absolutely the best iems I've ever listened besides my v14/MEST/fa9 etc, FiiO is super generous with their accessories/ incredible customer service and from my experience the most quality brand I've ever used (had their e12 amp since 2013, still works perfectly)
So ultimately what I'm trying to say is if you're not willing to do the right thing you will get put out of business, customer satisfaction is EVERYTHING.
By the way I want to say that your keycaps are by far the nicest looking keycaps I've ever seen in my life and I don't mean this as an attack to you I just want to tell my story about Drop and why they should stay away.

All the best, my friend!
They look lovely... BUT, that ain't clover. That's the entirely unrelated, though somewhat similar looking, wood sorrel (Oxalis spp.). Unlike clover, I don't think they ever have four leaves.
DwarfFactoryGreat comeback 😅 you know well that isn't true 😏 that dude it's like a triple PhD botanist who wrote over 35 books, world renowned, I guess we all learned a lesson today. 📖📚
