Update August 17th: Not sure what happened, but sorry for not communicating here. I'm still getting more information so I can't commit to much in terms of dates, but right now the tracking shows the bulk shipment has been scheduled for pickup and should be on its way to our warehouse soon. I'll update everyone as soon as I know more.
Update August 18th: Still waiting for tracking to update, but did get an update that there will be two shipments with 800 in the first. Working to get details on the second shipment and some more concrete dates.
Update August 25th: I don't 100% understand the DHL tracking, but it looks like the majority(all? 13/14?) of the shipment is now in New Jersey and scheduled for delivery to our warehouse tomorrow. I talked with Logistics, but they have as much insight as I do at this point. Keeping an eye on it and will update when it arrives in our warehouse.
Update August 27th: Tracking shows this has been delivered to the warehouse. About 20k orders showed up this week though, so the warehouse has a bit of a backlog in terms of processing and shipping. I expect these will start shipping out next week, but will let you know if I hear otherwise.

It was Labor Day weekend here in the states, but it shows at 80% shipped currently. I would expect a shipping notification within the next few days.

We sincerely apologize for our late update!
The delivery day of Terrarium has been pushed back many times due to our bad estimating skills. We’ve never expected that Terrarium will reach ~2,000 orders. The first delivery day was estimated based on our previous sales which are only around 1,000 keycaps.
It’s our fault not to update you guys on the new delivery day and we promise not to let it happen again. All the Terrarium is on the way to Drop, it may take a few days to reach Drop if everything goes smoothly, then they will ship out your order.

Hello buddy, we sincerely apologize for our late update! It took us double time for production since we only expected around 1,000 keycaps. But all the keycaps is on the way to Drop now. DHL already pick up the parcel. Again, we're really sorry for the delay!

I have never hit "Buy" faster than today in a long time! I've been looking at these sculpts on Dwarf Factory's instagram and I am blown away by how much detail these have. Being a succulent lover and a budding keyboard lover - this is a must-buy in my book.

Mine too! They're just so good at making good looking keycaps. I have to make strict DF buying rules for myself, or I would just go broke.

I can fully understand the difficulties in making thousand of key caps, but between right after the drop ended and now, they promote new their key cap (mystic dragon V2) and collaborate with someone for another key cap. I just wish they would prioritize the fixed commitment they have here first.

I'm eager to get my lil terrarium keycap but it's not like receiving it late will negatively impact my life.

blitzduckI don't appreciate how DF handled the whole situation here, where they did not give proper explanation before everything blew up, while they frequently update their social media platform.
I may be the only one, but looking at updates in their Insta while there's no clear explanation on my update made me feel like they are saying "I have more important things to do now than to update your order status".
