Chair is built like a tank, if it works for you it's worth the money but this model hurts my upper back/shoulders and neck. I'm 5'10 around 215. I bought one and I think I'm going to return it for the sentinel. The headrest/pillow I think is to blame. It hits me roughly at the top of my shoulders and it has no give. Feels like my head is always pushed forward, and the foam is very firm so the headrest has no give. I can't really align my neck straight because of that, and along with the bottom of the headrest hitting my shoulders it starts hurting after an hour or so. It's a shame because the actual seat section is very very comfortable. For what it's worth, my 17 year old who is 6ft and 170 pds absolutely loves this chair. Everyone is different,

BookemCan you tell a bit more about the "ecoleather" which is used for the seat padding? Doesn't it make one sweat excessively? They claim to have some kind of patented breathable material and I'm not sure how reliable it is during summer.
And how the footrest works? It looks like it's rather designed for squatting or perhaps I don't get it.

Dirty_HairyHard to say with the leather being breathable. I have it in my basement and it's cold down there so I usually don't sweat. The material is pretty thick and durable though. The footrest just simply pulls out and you rest your legs on it. If you recline the seat portion is attached to the footrest arms so it lifts up as you tilt back. Better for shorter people I would think as me being 5'10 with 30 inch inseam it rests on my calf rather than my feet. It's workable though, and if you have room to recline it's not too bad. Be aware that the chair back does not recline all the way back like in the video. They updated the model and it goes back nowhere near like that video.

BookemThank you. It appears with my 6'1" / 176 lbs / 32+ inseam it would be difficult to make the footrest work, but it should fit my dimensions. Nonetheless, it appears to be a good option. Also, thanks for letting us know about the decrease in reclining angle. I can see that some of DXRacer pages say it's 135 degrees, and some that it's 120.

BookemI personally love the DXRacer chairs, and I think that my legs will fit on the legrest. However, I have a habit to lean back in my chair, and I don't know how far back I can lean. Please tell me if you know exactly how far back you can lean.
