Design & Construction

The Iron Series is extremely versatile and can accommodate up to 300 pounds. 90-degree 4D-adjustable arms allow for total customization, while the chair’s multi-functional mechanism supports a wide variety of user preferences. The large angle adjustor readily creates an optimal position for the extended back up to 135 degrees, and neck and lumbar pillows provide a soft touch for added comfort. The chair is strongly supported by a 27-inch aluminum base, which is fitted with 3-inch PU casters. Its exterior is finished with strong mesh that looks as good in the office as it does in the gaming room.

I'm sorry to say this but I have to disagree with the last poster comment. This chair is not even remotely close to worth every penny. I was really excited for this chair. My old chair was well past its prime and I thought I would get one of these. Last chair cost me $175 and is 50x more comfortable. I'm about 5ft11 inch and about 170lbs, so pretty average. 30mins of sitting in this chair and my butt is numb! The cushions are hard as a rock with 0 give, and the fabric is terrible. Its so rough and scratchy its like sand paper. Yesterday I sat in it for about 20mins without a shirt on and when I got up my girlfriend said "what the hell did you do to your back!" It was all red and felt like a braille tablet it had so many indention's. Like when you lay on a folded bed sheet for too long and it leaves that indention but 100 times worse. The pillow for the lower back support is way to big and also like a stone, it actually hurt my back. The extra pad for head and neck support cant go down far enough on the back rest to give any kind of support and even at the lowest setting the chair sits really high. Absolutely no point in having great hydraulics in the chair when you will never use it. Nothing about this chair says $400. If you want to test if you will like this chair take a sheet of sand paper down to your local park, put it on a metal bench and have a seat because thats what this thing feel like. I dont know but maybe the leather ones are better. If I could return this thing I would. Never buying DXracer again and never buying from Mass Drop. I know its not Mass Drops fault but their no return policy is too much of a risk for this kind of money. I paid $400 for a chair that was advertised for "long gaming sessions" that's causing my butt to go numb after 30mins. So bumbed!
