I bought this chair in 2016, and in 2020 it finally broke... cant be mad...hell I even slept in it many times. I'm gonna see if I can get replacement parts.

i just got mines today! thank you massdrop. i thought i wouldnt get my hand on one of these chairs because i tried buying from dxracer and they dont ship to hawaii but massdrop is legit im very happy with my purchase. i would buy on massdrop again if i find any drop that catches my eyes. thank you soo much. now for the chair, this is a comfortable chair. Its a big chair im 5'3 135 lbs. the assembly was fairly simple as i have watched videos of people assembling it so it wasnt that hard for me to assemble. the only cons that i have is that its a bit big for me and its a bit heavy so putting the chairs body to the base is a bit of a task but other than that its a nice looking chair, its sturdy and well built i like it. thank you again massdrop.

I wish this chair was comfortable... Either I got the wrong model, or this is just a highly uncomfortable chair in general. It looks so nice too! Material feels good, chair is appropriate height, build quality is insane, but it feels like I'm sitting on a brick. Can't fault the shipping though!

Mine arrived, but there is a single screw in the whole package and a random bent bearing of some sort. Wondering if others here got multiple screws to work with. Have not fully completed assembly but, this is worrying.
Edit: Nevermind. It appears these are just extras, and the 4 screws for the base are already screwed into the chair.
P.S. I'm dumb. Chair's great. Feels sturdy and i can already tell the lumbar support is going to be helpful for my back issues.

Robmillerno it was not, I been kind of busy with other problems, I glued it back on. its still on,but that plastic base got worse I would have to repost updated pics it got busted up pretty good by ups, nothing else seems to be wrong. besides the previous post I haven't contacted anyone.

Would appreciate if someone from Massdrop or someone with prior experience with this drop could help me with a question I have. I noticed in the pictures there are no straps on this King Series chair for attaching the Lumbar pillow, yet it says the pillow is included. How does the pillow attach to the chair if there are clearly no straps in any of the photos/video like some of the king series chairs I've seen? Thanks~
