As a follow up to the post where i told that i were unhappy with the IEM and that they sound pretty defective, i did contact Massdrop support, it was a slow process,as each e-mail took support team one or two open working day to be replied, and some of them instructions were not so clear,but in the end, i was satisfied and that's what count. Since they didn't have anymore of those IEM in stock right mow, they refund me. They manage to keep a customer(me) with them.
