What’s going on? We were promised a “small delay” and a mid-April ship date. Now it’s almost May, and Drop representatives have completely disappeared. I think it would’ve been respectful to at least get updates on what’s happening. I think we all would’ve understood the circumstances, if there was proper communication on Drop’s side.
True - so much for customer service. This is very disappointing. Personally I’m not in a hurry to get the board, but if I was - I would’ve been very upset. Seems like Drop really doesn’t care anymore. There was barely an apology, let alone compensation for the massive delay
This drop is such a big joke. The most insulting part though is that no Drop representative was kind enough to even apologize, let alone offer compensation. For all this trouble, it would’ve been better to just spend the extra 10 bucks outside this dumb website and get it through other suppliers

don’t wanna bash on drop or anything but this PCB is in stock in most other retailers for a -/+2 dollar difference and it ships a lot sooner than december
ob775I agree, I feel that now we are approaching a month after the original shipping date we need more than an update every other week. If it is not ready to ship I would appreciate an update at the beginning of the week and at the end. While I and most here are aware and understand what is happening around the world I feel we need more open communication on where our product is.
Well, I received my board today. It works just fine and new V2 black PCBs look really nice. Hopefully others have received their boards or will receive them shortly.
I'm just really disappointed in the lack of communication for the drop. Myself and others have said that we understand if there are delays but completely ghosting everyone who joined is unacceptable.
If I completely ignored my customers at work for over a month, I would be fired immediately. Just say something. Literally anything. Tell us if something went wrong or if there are going to be delays but just going dark is a really bad look. Will think long and hard before joining another drop in the future. Drop has really gone downhill and that makes me really sad.

Why has there been almost zero communication?
The ship date has been changed twice and the most recent ship date passed yesterday with no word on the status.
We're now 7 weeks past the original ship date and a month since we last had any communication in this discussion.
I think everyone is fine with delays considering the current situation but a tiny bit of communication would have kept everyone from getting pissed off.
This is the same price that it is on KBD Fans. What's the point of ordering it from you instead? Isn't Drop supposed to sell stuff at a discount because of the rates it gets when mass-purchasing product?
L.nielsAhh, it sounds like a lot of work to get something working. I filed down by stand offs and just gave up with it all together.
Moved over tot he BM60 with no issues other than north facing LEDS and no NKRO.
