Good until it broke.
A few years in the armrest broke (cheap materials) and e-blue has no parts in the USA to support customers that have purchased their products. In the discussions on this product I noted receiving a broken base which the company replaced. I was quoted $98 for a replacement armrest shipped out of China. When the chair was $199 at the time of purchase... what is the point? Disappointing as the chair is otherwise fine. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

IAmRyanJFunny I’m replacing mine with a smug desk chair for this very reason, mine broke in March and I’ve duct taped, gorilla glued, etc and the dang arm keeps breaking loose, I actually hurt my wrist thanks to this dang chair.

Comfortable, But the Base was Flimsy and Gave out after 4 Years
I purchased this in August of 2016. Some of the welds on the 5-point base and caster system were pretty week, and as of today, June 2020, one of the welds finally completely snapped. Worst part is, seemingly no replacement parts, and trying to remove all of the casters and make it a stationary chair still doesn't work, because the center posts goes down farther than the base. It also made a lot of creaking and groaning noises the entire time I owned it, for the most part. I'm 5'10" 200lb, so I am far from scrawny, but also not heavy enough that it should have been any kind of issue for a well-built chair. Overall, it looks great, and is reasonably comfortable. But overall fit & finish / quality is lacking, and this chair is definitely an "all show no go" kind of model. I've had $50 and $100 generic all black plastic office chairs, and never had an issue with broken welds on a base like with this. It was great at first, then fine, and finally I just ended up with a somewhat disappointing product. I'll most likely stick with a big office brand next time, and hopefully get more bang for the buck and have a chair that outlasts my PC.
