Good until it broke.
A few years in the armrest broke (cheap materials) and e-blue has no parts in the USA to support customers that have purchased their products. In the discussions on this product I noted receiving a broken base which the company replaced.
I was quoted $98 for a replacement armrest shipped out of China. When the chair was $199 at the time of purchase... what is the point?
Disappointing as the chair is otherwise fine. I will not be purchasing from this company again.

IAmRyanJFunny I’m replacing mine with a smug desk chair for this very reason, mine broke in March and I’ve duct taped, gorilla glued, etc and the dang arm keeps breaking loose, I actually hurt my wrist thanks to this dang chair.
