We would like to provide some updates regarding our shipment for the recent drop.
The EMU Teak headphone will be send directly to customers on 7 March from Singapore by Fedex. Most of you should receive them within a week.
For Singapore customers, arrangements will be made after the bulk order is shipped. You should be able to receive the headphone ahead of the rest.

chan_emuchan i got these today and instantly saw one of the cups is cracked from the edge all the way up over the side into the middle of the cup and the other one has deep scratches in the wood like the finish is missing there is no way they can be polished out or fixed. what do i do now? i didnt pay 500+ for an already damaged set. please get back to me asap

innocentbloodThey do, those in SG don't need to write in support for reimbursement unless they had wanted it earlier, Massdrop automatically transferred me once they started shipping.
It will take a few days for the transfer to happen (Dated 08 March and received 11 March).
