how easy it is to replace the wood cups on these? Are there any instruction or videos?

Very very easy. Remove ear pads: twist and gently detach. You will see four silver screws, use good quality small screwdriver to loosen these four screws, no need to fully unscrew them. The baffle will detach from the wood cup. Behind the silver baffle, you will see another three screws, unscrewing these will detach the wooden chamber from the headphone assembly. Just slot your new ear cups in and repeat the steps above backwards!
