Bag is exactly what I was looking for except anyone having issues with the shoulder straps loosening way too easily? Everything about the bag is great, except any movement (walking, going up or down stairs, raising an arm to open a door) causes the strap to loosen a little to a lot. All I have in it is a 15" laptop, running shoes/pants/shirt. Going to ping Eagle Creek directly and see what's up.

Dark_HelmetQuick update. Eagle Creek has GREAT customer service, and fixed the bag. Have been using it for a few months now without issue.
