Stay away - not worth the trouble. I wish I had listened...

I was able to listen to Tidal on it before my trial membership (not through Echobox) ended. Sound was detailed, but not warm at all - almost tinny. Aside from that, Bluetooth does not hold a connection, wi-fi is very slow, there's no support, can't open Spotify apk on it, links on the product site are no longer active, the device won't show up on my desktop. I actually like the Echobox earphones which is why I took a gamble on this. Why is Drop selling this crap? It's not just a waste of money, it's a waste of time. I'll be looking at future Drop purchases a lot more critically after this fiasco. UPDATE - I was in the refund window and had all of the original packaging, so Drop offered me a bunch of options. I wound up returning it. Damian and Drop were both great to deal with, and I've already made another purchase from them.
