View Full Discussion We've continued to coordinate with the vendor about the group's order and they've let us know that it's taken them slightly longer than expected to gather and prepare everything for individual shipment to each of you. Rest assured, we will remain in close contact with them and update the group as soon as everything is sent out.

Got my package today, and it was the wrong item. It wasn't even a backpack.

Looks like everyone got the wrong bag. Additionally, I haven't heard back from support, which I contacted before replying to you.
