Quick update for the group. I just got off the phone with the vendor and they notified me the container hasn't been released yet. They have minimal visibility into US Customs and the strike on the docks and because of this any ETAs that they receive are just estimates.
In light of this it is very unlikely that these will arrive this week, due to the Christmas Holiday that our shipping partner will not be operating on. We will be coordinating with the vendor throughout the process and try and save transit time wherever we can to try and get these into your hands ASAP.
We also understand this delay is rather undesirable. If you prefer not to wait for the Scooter and want to have your order cancelled, just email us at support@massdrop.com, and we will process the refund right away.
