HassanSI'm pretty sure the hold up is purely due to the desire to ship the order in a single box, which given the size of the scooter isn't very easy. I already let support know to just split the order to get it out the door, since this is ridiculous having to wait for someone to find a box big enough to contain the rather large scooter box as well as the carrying bag I added on.

GeorgeWGiven how bulky the scooter package already is, just trying to find another container that can hold it all is apparently too much. As a business, I'm fairly sure MassDrop would rather have a satisfied customer versus an irate one if it only requires shipping separately, like Amazon tends to do. It also makes no sense to hold on to paid inventory for an extended period of time, which this was devolving to.
Regardless, I now have tracking numbers, so I am more satisfied today than I was earlier in the week.

wild_oneYou're comparing Massdrop to Amazon? Honestly, you should've contacted them and offered to pay the additional shipping per item if you wanted it sooner. Going forward, I think Massdrop should allow customers to pay additional shipping if they want accessories shipped separately. Definitely not a cost I would expect them to stomach.
