I would make sure that the plug is really plugged in at all points. It will still light up red on one of the led'sif the scooter is plugged in but the wall side is not. If it is really plugged in, there will be two red lights.
By the way, I parked it In the work bike parking area and saw a fellow m3 user. Apparently he started bringing it yesterday. Wonder if he is a fellow mass dropper.

GeorgeWNice. I am in NYC. Actually I never saw who was the other m3 rider at my workplace, just his/her ride chained to end of the bike rack. Surprised that I would see another one.
How did you know it wasn't an m5? The rear wheel assembly design would look different I suppose.

onpawsI'm actually not sure now, so I need to call that out, as I now noticed that the M3 seems to only come with a black back wheel. I have a red back wheel, so now I'm starting to think the sticker on the chassis might be wrong.
Asking customer support now, but this sticker initially made me pause:
