21$ shipping to Israel? More than the product itself.. is there a cheaper option availble?

It's because it's shipped by the vendor (EcoVessel) and - unfortunately - not Massdrop themselves. And the vendor charges outrageous fees for shipping (see their website 😒).
Many vendors do not understand that they piss off the rest of the planet with their un-optimized shipping practices, and that they pass on millions of dollars of potential sales. They could use third parties such as Asendia, like Massdrop does, to have better, faster, and cheaper overseas shipping, but nooooooooo, it's easier to just charge outrageous fees!
