I purchased a couple of folders here with tapering handles. I don't like handles with this design. All I can say about the "user experience" is that I would expect it to be miserable. I have had several Globals in hand and did not consider them any where near comfortable. Doesn't the Edge of Belgravia border Socillistan?
Would be interested to know how these compare to the gold standard of ceramic knives Kyocera.
The few ceramic knives I've used and seen (not Kyocera) have chipped or broken from hitting bones or being dropped. And the idea of tiny shards of ceramic in my food terrifies me.
I have a set of all black ones, but I bought those in person here in London. Plus that set had metal blades with a ceramic coating rather than these which seem fully ceramic
