Does anyone know if this knife set is worth the money? Can't really find anything online about them, particularly the ceramic knife set. I joined the drop so hopefully the knifes are good...

SegaGen3sisThis is an excellent deal. A few years ago my wife bought me one of these knives for a lot more that $100. I use it every time I cook. I am looking forward to have more of these knives around for other tasks.

SegaGen3sisShe didn't buy me a set. Just the chef's knife. There is a reason why this knife is meaningful for me. It was my birthday a few yeas ago, and I was seriously ill. There was some doubt whether I would ever be well enough to cook again. She bought me the knife as her way of saying that she believed I would recover. Obviously, I did recover, and I have used that knife hundreds of times since. Every time I use it, I remember her faith in me.

SegaGen3sisIf anything it was her faith that helped me get better. It was the fact that she didn't give up when the doctors were far from optimistic. The knife showed that she was willing to spend a significant amount of money to make sure I got the message.
